We are a group of family and friends committed to raising public awareness on the importance of Designated
Drivers! We believe that everyone can enjoy a fun night out while remaining responsible! Everyone knows someone
who would be willing to provide them a safe ride home after consuming alcohol.
On October 14, 2002 we suffered a tragic loss that forever changed our lives..... Sue Wright (age 45), Beth
(Wright) McGowan (age 25) and Lexi McGowan (age 13 mos.) were killed and Cale McGowan (age 3) was left paralyzed by a drunk
driver. One person made the decision to consume alcohol and put themselves behind the wheel and on the road. That decision
changed the lives of many.......
We are their Children, Grandchildren, Husbands, Sisters, Aunts, Brothers, Uncles, Cousins, Friends. Together
we will fight to make a difference!
